The insurance business is the most scandalous thing I have ever seen. Being that I work in the automotive industry, I see insurance companies dicking over people every day. Its messed up, and so are the people who work for these insurance companies because they knowingly enforce their bullshit.
I could never do that shit for a living; hear other people's misfortunes and still **** them over. That's a sad story. Its very unfortunate that the 3 people whom he was trying to save didn't survive the catastrophe. Has to make it seem like a feeble attempt to him. However, he did what he could with what he had at the time to try and save others when he could have fled the area, and in my opinion, that still makes him a hero.
