That car is like every car in my county. I can't drive a mile without getting behind someone driving 5 mph under the speed limit.

That is what I love about Little Rock--if you're not driving 10 mph over the limit, you'll probably be ran over by the police cars. Doing 5 mph under the limit is almost certain to get you pulled over.

Goes with the theory of "if they aren't speeding, they must be doing something they don't want to get pulled over for, so lets pull em over"
