This guy knows his stuff, I think I may be purchasing this book in the future, but I do not really plan on getting "scientific" until after college, my routine is just too crazy now and I am making gains.

He does. His book literally almost knocked me off my chair. I thought it was going to be just another hokey bodybuilding book.

I consider this book to the the Gospel of Diet.

I don't say that often about a book, in fact...never before :)
