Umm an embarassing dog problem
 

I don't know how to put this but my dog has a problem. It spends nearly all of it's waking hours licking it's doggy parts and the flag is generally at full mast. I don't know what to do. Should I take him to a vet? It gets kind of gross when I have company over and rover is busy working on his tool in the middle of the floor.

If its a new development, then yeah, you should take him. Could be an infection or something bugging him.
