Some years ago there was a group that went on the London underground tube trains, the Angels (??), a group of vigilantes from America and there was uproar even though the trains from what I remember were safer, or at least felt safer, for the passengers.

I wish more people would speak up when they see deviant/offensive behavior in public. I understand that in certain circumstances it can be dangerous, but there are many cases when it's easy to step in and say, could you please not do that in public.
