Default Strong natural bodybuilders

Good bodybuilders are STRONG !! Bodybuilders talk a lot about mind-muscle connection, isolation exercises etc, but what shouldn't be lost in translation is that in addition to all that, they are freaky strong on the big three.

Ladies and gentlemen, post videos of natural bodybuilders lifting heavy stuff, heavy enough to rub shoulders with powerlifters.

To start with, here's a video of Layne Norton's recent meet

Strong deadlifting. He has lifted 700lbs before at higher bodyweight. What's just as impressive is that all this weight is lifted with a double overhand grip!!

I have a lot of personal experience with some of the top names in the sport. Many of them have no clue how strong they are. I constantly hear things from them like:

--I don't lift heavy anymore.
--I'm not as strong as a powerlifter.

For example, Mr. North Carolina Joe Ohrablo did dumbbell bench presses using 150s x 6 reps. I only got 2 or 3. He also deadlifts close to 600.

Here is a video of Doug Miller doing 405 x30 on deadlifts. I talked to him about it via phone once and he was surprised at how popular this video became.
