Default Front Squat

Could anyone point me in the direction of an article/thread that could assist with front squat form and particularly grip. I've managed to iron these issues out myself thanks mostly to Carl but I've just received an email from a mate who is having a little trouble as I did with the grip.

I use the crossover grip. I know it's called something else but i've forgotten the correct name. Whichever is not the snatch grip lol, that really doesnt work for me.

I only quickly looked over the email he sent me on my lunch break but from what I remember he said he had tried both grips but couldn't get either to work for him. He is following your 4-day PMB and is thinking off swapping them out for Hack Squats. I'm determined to stop him ha ha
