Just wanted to take a moment and give appreciation to my coach, Jake Noel, and his organization "FitnessYOUniversity".

In this thread I'll be posting articles written by Jake. Rarely do I read info of his that I disagree with. Please feel free to add to or comment on. I'm interested in seeing if you Big Boys are as impressed as I am.

The young man used for demonstration videos (Chad) is one of Jake's greenpea trainers. He's deceptively strong and very knowledgeable, also.
