My goals for 2011:
1) Compete. Completed. 2) 600 pound deadlift. Completed. 3) 400 bench. NOT completed. Struggled with strains from heavy raw lifting. Looking to use the RAM to train heavy and beef this lift up. 4) 240 bodyweight. NOT completed. Working on it right now.

Goals for the year were...
Add 6lbs of muscle: Not checking untill the end of the year 4pps Deadlift: Currently at 385lbs Lose 10lbs of body fat: Done Also I have set myself a bench mark of Squatting 40 reps at Body Weight, I have increased strength across the board AND i have noticeably increased the size of my Yoke ![]() Carl.
