New Exercise - Clean & Flop
 

I'm laughing now that she walked away from it.

Yeah no kidding that was scary.

Lucky for her, she's very small. The bar would have smashed a good 4 inches into my chest if I had done that.

She was flopping a fair bit before she fell as well.

That could have been BAD.

Not sure that guy made it.

At least in the first one people rush up to help her, in the latter they're just wondering who's going to move the body for the next lifter.


I'm pretty sure he was fine, otherwise I wouldn't have posted the above joke... I'll delete if I'm wrong. Research time.

Yeesh! My palms were sweating on that last one. Whew!
