When I saw how buff this gal was, I couldn't resist turning it into something silly.

More than a few times I have seen younger trainees remark how Starting Strength or fullbody workouts didn't work for them. I just wish I had a month to train them personally.

you aren't the only one brother what I notice is that most gym newbies around here think that they don't need to have a routine...so they end up doing just chest and bi's 6 days a week and wonder why they aren't growing. What is even more disturbing is that coaches, trainers and self proclaimed gurus aren't too far behind this curve.

True words.

I hate to say it and offend the good trainers, but when I see someone on a forum recommend a trainer, I cringe. They need to be more specific and state "get a trainer who has been, or is a current competitor in bodybuilding or powerlifting".
