Yes, discomfort FTW. Todays society is all build up on not having to MTFU and get the job done. Everything is supposed to be easy, and that is bound to crash at some point.

Were all warriors and hunters and the this centurys mental health issues, illnesses and so on indicates that man in general has to much ****ing loafing time to get involved in matters of no importance, man is a problem solver and loves to find solutions. When all problems regarding survival is allready taken care of man gets depressed from lack of purpose.

There we have the iron game, mountain climbing, parachueting and other hobbies.

Atleast that give us a slight chanse of getting killed or injured, and also breaking barriers wich equals solving problems.

Enough of philosophy, MTFU and get to work!

Everyone expects results to come in some nice, tidy package or format. What ratio of this, what program for this...

Most days I just want to scream shut up and move iron. That's the secret.

I love this quote. This guy I know, he loves heavy weights. He said he used to see people train at the gym, and they worked so hard he thought they were going to die, he said its great. He then said you almost never sees this anymore, most people barely break a sweat.
