Ive got a cheep belt laying around, its very stiff and hard. Any thoughts on how to make it softer?

Roll it tight as possible and tie it up tight in one direction, the next day roll it the opposite way. Repeat this everyday.

With your hands start from the beginning of the belt bending it back and forth 10times,then moving down 1 inch all the way to the end and back to the top.

Wear the belt around the house and sweat on it. Not the prettiest way to break a belt in but body sweat sure works one hell of wonders.
