looking at eggs and i always thought a egg was 80 (give or take) but ones i have are 70 which made my calories less than expected. Tomorrow is my question i sumed up my calories tomorrow & it is 1400-1500 I am waking up at 11am then gym pwo half 1:30pm 1 hour after eat (half 2) eat half 5 then half 8 then half 10 my question my calories Maitence is 2500 & acivity is 3198. My calories will be very low & i usually keep to 2000-2200 but tomorrow just up later than usual. so i am wondering to eat more food around them times to bring the calories up I will be doing weight training & 30 minutes cardio. Advice?

1400-1500 is way too low. Personally I would eat a larger post-workout meal.
Eggs come in many different sizes. That is why there is a calorie difference.

If you like oats one of the things I do is that I'll add 1/2 cup of oats to my protein shakes. It's automatically an extra 150 cals!
