I agree, that platform he uses for the compounds looks better than moste multi-gym stations on the market.

Outdoors, indoors, on Planet X. Simple training is a lost art form.

Are they concrete weight blocks?

When you think about it, not so long ago there were'nt any complicated machines for bodybuilding.
