Hey guys, I am sorry for not posting much lately. This is my busy time of year as I repair homes from storm damage, and as we all know, its been a crazy year. I am lifting very well, and being able to go to different gym meeting new guys every week, and that motivates me as I learn from them, they learn from me, and as we all do, you're in a new gym, your push a bit harder than normal....lol.
Lifting has been very good. I am feeling a bit stronger, but being on the road is hurting me a bit, some of the fast food, up really early and to bed very late, so sleep is lacking too.
As for posting, I look at computers all day, climb roofs and then hit the gym, getting on here and posting is the last thing I think of when I lay down and kick my shoes off. I am sorry, I will try to do better. Thanks for keeping me on my toes.
