I train at home and am always in the search for great deals. What are some of the training deals you have landed? Today a picked up a 45 degree hyperextension bench for $25. Needed one for the Fit for the King gym at the church.

So, what kinda deals have you found?

Great score. I could use a smith, but they are not going cheap around here. My first score was rack, bench bar and 265# weights for $50. Also a Craigslist deal. I am looking daily now. Military folks are getting ready to move, but they are limited by total weight, so you find some good deals around here when transfers come out.
