Ok, so at the end of my squat workout thursday I did 3 sets of leg extensions, and the purpose of this was just to get the blood pumping in my quads and to finish em of. At the last set I noticed a sharp pain in my left knee and i ended it there. Didnt think much of it until today when doing cleans and it hurted once i got pasted 225. The ironic part is that i had 21 squat workouts in february, which is alot. And knees felt great. Now, doing this crappy excuse for an exercise called leg extensions, i got a minor injury. Knee is swelling up and clicking more than usual as i walk. So if you ever hear someone complain about that squatting is bad for your knees, please feel free to slap em for me. End rant- =)

Yeah definitely be careful.
My friend recently tore her miniscus cause of that same machine. It's been months and still hasn't fully healed. Good luck. |

I hate isolation work, I used to get so bored. and if im honest since working with my homemade equipment doing big movements ive seen things change and grow big time.
i might do some tricep,bicep,shoulder,trap, work once a month in isolation terms but i could care less if i didnt do them as they get hit so bad anyway |
