I got to get back to these forums... my lifes been pretty ****ed up lately which is why you havent seen much of me. The last thing i've wanted to do has been working out. I've had a ton of family issues and personal issues. Family issues i wont go into because there a bit personal for the interwebz at large. A big personal thing that's happened is i got expelled from school . I of course own up to it and realize i ****ed up a lot, but at the same time it was bullshit. I went to a private high school and it had always been a pretty "chill" school, as long as you didnt do anything such as sell drugs or beat someones ass you would just get some detentions. Well i've always been kind of a class clown, funny guy. I also have gotten quite lazy the past few years (once again i own up to my mistakes, but i think on some level the family issues mentioned above caused me to shut down). Last year they got a new principal, this year he fired a ton of the staff including the old vice principal. He hired a new lady who had to be the strictest woman ever. The 1st quarter of school i got slapped with 12 demerits for tardies (bad i know, but with no warning i didnt even realize these were tallying up and in the past we never actually got in trouble for this). So early on in the year i got a saturday school (every 10 demerits). I then got introuble for walking out of class (when a teacher wouldnt answer me asking to use the restroom after 5 minutes... lol). I also got a few other demerits for other small dumb shit. The same time this was happening my grades were sucking ass. I naturally am pretty smart, always well above average standardized test scores, yet was failing classes i should easily pass. I got put on some made up probation thing and signed a contract. The final straw was me taking a shit with two of my friends during church (private school). Yes i know... stupid, funny, dumb, ect. I honestly just had to take a shit so decided church was a good time and why not make it a group poop. For some reason a teacher went up there, to a bathroom away from the main part of the school, and we "got caught". It was way blown out of proportion, i got expelled. Your supposed to be expelled at 40 demerits, i after this would have had like 32, but with the probation thing they decided to kick me out. So due to a few different things in my life i'm finishing this year (junior year) on online school (i know rediculous). Going crazy after being the class clown to being alone all day. I'm just now working out again, starting VERY LOW- to start did bench 135x3x8(setsXreps). The weight is fairly easy, but will give me room to move up. I plan to make a thread in the next few weeks for a workout log, but right now workouts are too boring and random. I'll try to get in some of your logs in next few days, but will definitely be around more in next few weeks. EDIT: CLIFFS: -HI GUIZ WATZ UP

Good to hear from you Kman. If I am being honest, I always suspected something going on at home. I have a sense for that sort of stuff, having been there myself. I was the smart kid kid with family issues who ended up getting horrible grades, and onvolved with other things.
I want you to know first and foremost lifting doesn't matter. Kman matters. That might sound cheesey, but it's true. The guys here care about each other like family, and you are a part of that family. Don't be afraid to hang out here even when you don't lift. Or aren't lifting. Who you hang out with has a big impact on you in life, and having met many of the guys here, I know you would be around good guys that actually give a damn about you. We all want to see you succeed. You are intelligent and hard working. In any case, good to hear from you again.
