thanks btb, yeah the family issues are nothing major. just my parents not getting along and me not getting along with them all the time, i think it affected me more on a subconscious level.

i'll definately try to be around here some more no matter what... but honestly i really need to get with the lifting and DIETING.

Well that's usually a major issue, and is generally a top cause of all sorts of issues for younger guys. Not lecturing you Kman, just concerned.
