You could also try some rest-pause madness. I do rest pause on every workout, between every set. It's killer, but growth-inducing.

SS are better for cutting don't you think? I think the rest pause would be good with a phera run or something wet.

Here is more info on the style of rest-pause training I use. Think of it as high volume/high(er) intensity training all in the same package.
