Idiots in your gym
 

This is a thread where you talk about the idiots in your gym. I got nothing to write cause i don't go to a gym anymore but i would like to hear stories from you guys on M&B

I train in my home gym in the garage.

At the Gold's I attend when training with Rich I often see these strange creatures performing resistance training on balls.

Last time I was there a woman was doing shoulder rotations on a ball. That seemed...oddly...dangerous for the rotator cuff, should she become unbalanced.

But what do I know.

Some like to talk about idiots in the gym. That's good for a laugh, but I would rather talk about champions in the gym, people whose exercise performance and progress impress and inspire you.

LULZ were had.
