went to a seminar with ifbb alvin small.trained bi's with him since no-one else volunteered.he's 294pounds in these pics.

he was doing this curl he said arnold did,leaning over with one hand on bench and arm hanging straight down then curling up to chest.he was using 105pound dumbells and got 10 on the 3rd set.beast.

hes a beast.said hes 6 weeks out from comp shape at 294 thats huge.hes gona compete at the grand prix in march.
