Default How's Your Motivation?

How's your motivation right now? Are you rocking 2011 out of the gate? Or already off to a slow start?

I am rocking my training right now but mentally I need to get my head back in the bodybuilding game. Cutting for nearly a year starts to play tricks on your mind.

I need to refuel, and re-fire the engines.

No matter what your goals are, let's get this train rolling.

I'm feeling great! Loving lifting, and I have so much free time for it right now. I'll probably have to miss my workout today since its my girlfriends last day here but I'll go tomorrow to make up for it

I feeling pretty good in 2011 so far... already set a few PR's... got the bigger picture in mind... got a diet in place that is working nicelly for only being on it for a short time... been killing my conditioning... almost feel like an athlete...

Motivation is just OK at the minute. i really want to back get on to a split i think and work on the aesthetics, but i need to get in good condition first. Trouble is I dont enjoy cardio as much as lifting heavy stuff so its just a means to the end at the minute...

I'm not a big cardio fan. I was a runner for many years but I have no motivation to return to it.

Well I did a half marathon a couple of years ago cos when i startted training it was ALL cardio, but its just a means to an end at the minute.... I much prefer SFW
