awesome idea Rich! not sure that would work for me though, the steve reeves routine has me doing 8-12 reps for every lift

My "PR" for the week
H.S. ISO Shoulder Press 125 plate weight only per side for 3 reps. Last week was 120 x 3. Log you PR for the week like this. PR don't have to be with the same lift each week as long as its a true PR by the rules..

me and SO are in the same boat then rich, even though we make pr's its not 1-5 its 8-12
