nice video T. good comparison between a body builder and a powerlifter doing bench. I love the way poundstone says 'I'm not a big bencher' then tells us he is working up to a 600lb bench lol

Quite interesting. I think the floor press needs to be added to my arsenal immediately.

I find it odd the nearly discounts bench pressing for application in strongman, most strongmen I have talked to say it crosses over into your overhead presses.

i think he says something about only really working on his bench for the overhead improvement.

strongman/powerlifer competitors wil lalways be thicker. they dont care too much about BF% or looking good. they need practical strength.
