Typical newb Q for you:

Ok I see you squat and you say you only do 3 sets of direct bicep a week.

I'm 6'5" and I weigh 175lbs. Ive been lifting for 3 months, I'm having an issue bringing out my bicep peak, any suggestions besides telling me to squat more. I prefer doing lunges to bring out my quad cuts.

Squat.

Then dip.

Then finish off with deadlifts and raw milk and red meat. And maybe a 5th Avenue candy bar or ten.

Deadlift??

My neighbors Wife has a 3rd cousin, that she talks to once a year on the phone who once told her, or made some some suggestion that the deadlift is dangerous. He is pretty smart about this stuff. he used to work in the sporting good dept at a store 20 years ago when he was in school. He says he learned a lot during the 3 months he worked there.

Are you sure about that? I'm not saying your wrong, you might know better than him and me about this stuff. You have said you squat, but do you deadlift? Isn't it really bad for your back?

Gird up your ping pongs and do work.

Besides, if you hurt your back you can go on disability and retire.

So, I am 5'4" 125lbs and have been training for three hours. What supplement can I take to get ripped and have biceps like Arnold? Oh... and I need to get this done before the big New Years Bash on the 31st. Oh, can I do this without the squating stuff, I only have some tube things and a swiss ball to work with?

My best advice is to roll up your Weider magazines and burn them as an offering to Crom.

Next take off your Affliction t-shirt, look in the mirror, and stay there until you can admit you look like this:



Finally, grab your shoe and start pounding it against your forehead until someone comes to lock you up in a rubber room.

These 3 steps won't help you obtain your goals, but they will make me feel better.
