The Bearded Beast of Duloc speaks.
Typical newb Q for you: Ok I see you squat and you say you only do 3 sets of direct bicep a week. I'm 6'5" and I weigh 175lbs. Ive been lifting for 3 months, I'm having an issue bringing out my bicep peak, any suggestions besides telling me to squat more. I prefer doing lunges to bring out my quad cuts. |

He is pretty smart about this stuff. he used to work in the sporting good dept at a store 20 years ago when he was in school. He says he learned a lot during the 3 months he worked there. Are you sure about that? I'm not saying your wrong, you might know better than him and me about this stuff. You have said you squat, but do you deadlift? Isn't it really bad for your back? |

So, I am 5'4" 125lbs and have been training for three hours. What supplement can I take to get ripped and have biceps like Arnold? Oh... and I need to get this done before the big New Years Bash on the 31st. Oh, can I do this without the squating stuff, I only have some tube things and a swiss ball to work with?
