Tip #9: Add Videos to Muscle and Brawn's Video Directory

Muscle and Brawn Forums - Videos

Muscle and Brawn has an extensive video directory. This directory allows you to add videos from:

--Youtube
--Daily Motion
--Megavideo
--Metacafe
--Vimeo

To access the video directory, click on the "video directory" link in the top navigation bar.

To add a new video, click on the "New video" bottom on the upper left hand side on the sidebar.

Please, add all the videos you want! Videos are linked to your name, so it's like having your own channel at MAB.

You can also rate videos, check out recently added videos, sort videos by category or user, look at the most popular videos, and much more.

Top #10: Connect Muscle and Brawn With Facebook

You can now connect your Facebook account with Muscle and Brawn

To do this:

1) Go to "Edit your options".

2) Look at the bottom of the left hand column and you will see "Facebook Bridge".

3) Click on the "options" link under Facebook Bridge.

4) Click on the big Connect with Facebook button and follow the instructions.

Once connected, you can also invite your Facebook friends to MAB:

You can also now share posts on Facebook.

Tip #11: Training Experience and Training Type

You can now add your "Training Experience" and "Training Type" by going to your edit you details page, scrolling to the bottom, entering your details for these options, and hitting save.
