I'm sure we've all done this before. While working out you bust out a huge fart. I was talking to a friend of mine back in Hawaii the other day and we were just talking about working out, then talked about stories about the times the training group was all together.

There was this one time that one of the guys was benching. He was doing a heavy set and the last one he struggled pushing up then next thing..a frickin huge thunderous sound comes from his ass..what was even more funny was that there was this chick that was walking right pass the bench..i was like MAN YOU JUST LAUNCHED A FART ROCKET AT HER!
