I just wanted to put this up here because it was pretty cool. I especially want you guys to check out his 14 day training cycle. When I get tired of 5/3/1 and need a break I am definitely going to give this is a try and see how badly I can destroy my body!!

Jwood...you understand what the dagger deadlifts are? I know the dagger above in the workotu was a giant set.

I believe it is just the dagger references the note right below it. That precontest he performed deadlifts every other workout

Franco was a beast. When he worked out with Arneld they burned up to 1200 cals in there work outs, depending on body part.
I don't think there are to many amiture lifters that could even with lower weight could hang with that intensaty.

I was surprised by the number of isolation exercises. I think my soreness would be unbearable.
