A quick Q? Here. NOW you all reolize the last month and majorly last peek week you work out totaly diffrent than the rest of the year.
NOW are we talking about his weeks right before his show or during his bulk / more than a month pre show? There is a big diffrence for sparing muscle, saving glucagins stores and yet burn fat and keeping muscles tone. If you want to follow a bbers bulk/building rutein you need to look at what he did 2-3 months post a show.

Franco is one lift who I know little about.
I know much is made of Arnold's style of training, but few realize Arnold was already very big long before he did a style of training like what he and Franco did. But as for Franco, his training practices are a mystery to me. He had much better density than Arnold, at least in my eyes.

I think the 7th day of each week is a rest day. Even Franco allowed himself one day off it seems.
