I'll have to check it out for 10 minutes.
Most of the issues I had over the years were boss-related. Last company I was at there was so much middle management fluff.

I watched the first three or four last year. It was easy to spot the script.
Boss screws up each job Boss finds employee with personal or financial problems Boss cries over things being done without their knowledge Boss brings in employees and promotes Boss donates to the person with problem Boss swears everything will change Boss is full of crap! You have now completed the one hour segment of "Promote my Company".
