Yeah, basically, most of which were isolation exercises and machines. Back then I never squatted or deadlifted because I thought I was too old and I'd just get hurt. Well, I am injured right now, and I still wouldn't change a thing. I don't want to make decisions out of fear of injury. I don't want to get hurt, but I also am not going sit around doing nothing because I'm worried about getting hurt. Oh well, enough babbling about that. My bicep is feeling good, and healing pretty quickly. I'm lucky it wasn't worse.

It improved my self esteem greatly, I used to hate my muscles when I was in high school and I never felt attractive... I just felt fat and gross. I think the overall impact of the BB lifestyle has changed me. I understand nutrition more and body mechanics- but most of all I love that I can change my body with food and exercise. Right now I'm back into my 'not so happy with my body' stage... cushings and stress has played a nasty role on my body comp! But I know with time and hard work I'll be back where I was and where I wanna be!
