Here's some pictures for comparison: First picture: January 1st, 2009 Second picture: July 16, 2010 ![]() First picture: February 23, 2009 Second picture: May 5th, 2010 ![]() First picture: March 27, 2009 Second picture: August 27, 2010 ![]() Lifts then: (with crappy form, lol) Squat: 115x5 Deadlift: 135x5 Lifts now: (good form) Squat: 205x5 Deadlift: 240x5 Bodyweight: Then: 120 lbs. Now: 113 lbs. Let's use this as a thread to post our physique AND lifting progress over the last few years! I'm interested to see how far everyone has come!
