do you think using time under tension you can really bring out more striations and such? i'm just throwing this out here for discussion as Cordova is obviously "the ****" in bodybuilding and i find these interesting what do you all agree with & what do you think is "over thinking"?

There is a case for time under tension (TUT), but i don't believe that TUT is going to bring out the separation or striation. That all comes with body fat percentage. He does make some very good points tho. I really liked his thoughts about positioning while lifting.
When he started talking about rep ranges, i knew he was going to talk about low reps for bulking and high reps for toning, but he did mention how those were just guidelines it's not exactly what he believes in. oh and cordova has some sick biceps hahah

He mentioned Arnold and the belief that you can hit and manipulate every fiber with small tweaks. One thing I like to mention when Arnold's training is brought up is that Arnold didn't gain most of his mass training like Arnold. He gained a good portion of it training with a Reg Park-like training system. Here's a young Arnold before the bombing, blitzing and blasting:
![]() I respect Cordova as a bodybuilder, but I don't believe in things like TUT impacting striations. Heck, I don't even believe you need to hit from multiple angles.
