Sorry Rich, anyone that lifts over 1 x bw has to stay in their own club.

The 2.27 if for LBM
the 2.0119 is actual B/W

I'm at 167 lbs right now with a LBM of 148.

LBM ratio will always be higher due to less B/W but press weight remains the same.

DMedley you mean 2 x there B/W? 1 x B/W is pretty easy.

Rich 1 x bw is easy for you young guys. Not so easy for us fat old guys. I weigh 220 with about 160 pounds of Lean mass and am 65 years old. I am working on getting my bench press to 200#'s. 2x my bw would be a 440 bench not so easy.

I hear ya. I didn't rolize your age. I do know at may age of 44 I am making better lifts than I did in my late 20 and 30's. But I know as I get older yet this will change.

I can still make the gains I made in my 20's, they just take a lot longer.

Before my injury, 160 lbs clean and military press, @ bodyweight ~ 167-168 lbs, i.e. 0.95 x BW.

Right now, I dont know, but the good news is I get to restart lifting next week onwards.

EDIT: Just noticed this is for bench and not press as in overhead pressing, lol
