Squat Set Up Videos:
Creating a Shelf, Proper bar placement
The Unrack/Walk out (Monolift vs Powerrack)
High bar vs Low bar
Thumbless vs thumbs grip
Narrow,medium or wide stance
Oly shoes/heeled shoes vs Chuck taylors/flat shoes
Etc...

I think the sticky itself should have no comments just correct videos, don't all need to be done by myself or anyone here either, just a good video reference posting.

And have a separate thread for questions or additions to the sticky itself.

Once the basics are covered, you can add advanced topics such as:
tapered belt vs thick belt vs raw
Knee Sleeves vs knee wraps
How to wrap your knees

Assistance exercises for squatting, and link the MAB videos here.
Good stuff BBG.

If anyone is interested in doing this videos, please speak up.

I would also like some basic setup videos....like Deadlift setup 101 for beginners.

Bench setup 101 for beginners.

I know this might sound like a waste, but I think a video aimed directly at and for beginners would be helpful. I volunteer for the bench and deadlift setup for beginners videos.

I say we make a series, with multiple members posting,if different accommodating leverages, since everyone's body types are different. I would like to see DW, to also do something on the deadlift so most 165lber's and teens can see someone who weighs as much as them demolish weight. You can never have too much info on how to lift IMO!

Good idea, Tony, except for the use of the word "comrades" as if we were Soviets, lifting weights in a gulag, freezing to death.
