Steve, I think a good remedy for a repeat offender is instead of taking things away for a period of time, it to only let them have it if they good for lengths of time of good behavior. A merit system can keep them in check pretty well. They'll learn if they repeat their misbehaving, then it might be a while before they earn the privilege.

Great idea Rick.

We used to have a marble jar years ago, and when they did good things they got to put marbles in. When it was full they got to have a day where they did whatever they wanted...but I forgot completely about that.

I could set up a marble jar for Spongebob and treats
