Ok OK, good stuff all How bout chopping holes in a wooden roof covered in shingles on a 100 degree day in full turnouts with the room under you on fire. Or better yet crawling through house so effin dark you can't see your hand in front of your face 500 plus degrees in there and you are looking for the "glow" of the fire to put out. And when that water turns to steam you know how a lobster feels. This is what I LIVE for and its one of the biggest reasons I train like I do.
