any particular macros i should aim for?

I dont count macros or calories at all. I just know what meals I'm going in with everyday, and if i want to gain or loose i lower or up the portions.

I do cycle carbs throughout the week though. Its kind of hard to explain because its set with what days are with what muscle groups.
But for giggles its: sunday/off(nocarbs),monday/chest(regcarb),tues/back(high)wednes/deltlowcarb),thurs/arm(regcarb),fri/leg(high),sat/off(reg)

Im not laying out a cookie cutter plan for you, just giving an example of what works for me.

Up that cardio too man, dont be just doing 10-20 min of cardio and think your shredding out. Sometimes to avoid being bored ill give each machine a spin for ten minutes each, with 4 types of machines ill get in an easy and not boring 40 minutes.

thanks, the carb approach mentioned makes sense. carbing up for the hard days. i've done that before.

i think i'll have to cut out my cheat meal for 4 weeks or so (at least not a huge cheat like i've been having)

i'll up the cardio too... some days though my lifting takes well over an hour, so i cut it short.... this week, as i wont be lifting, i'll do 30+ minutes of cardio 5ish times or something. i've been doing that, where i go from machine to machine.

i'll just try to clean up the foods going in and eat lower carb, except one or twice a week

So, it's an hour to an hour and 15 minutes a day, 4-5 times a week, you bet I'm going to kick my ass all over that gym!!
