No offense here Kman, just asking. But as lean as you already are, you are doing keto why? Seriously if you are trying to gain the only way it will work for you is a cyclical keto and I wouldn't even go that route with your stats. The right kind of carbs will help you grow. Just sayin'

my summer break starts in a month and i want to get back to my myspace ripped kid status. with in the past week i've got to the point where i'm happy with my body, as in not too embarassed to be shirtless, but i want my ****ty 6 pack back (my ab genetics suck). when summer starts i'll probably start eating whatever agian, becuase i'll be working out/working constantly.
