I just feel like saying this...

I don't care who you are, what your training template looks like, what your diet is, what your weaknesses are, what knowledge you lack, or what your personalities flaws are. We are all here to move iron. Time is passing and we want to hit our goals. Let's not waste time. When one of us succeeds each of us succeeds. I pull inspiration from each of you. So go crush some weight tomorrow.

My template sucks, my diet lacks, I have many weaknesses, I do not know everything, and I have many personalities flaws. But I will not stop trying. And I hope you don't either. It's OK not to have a clue what you're doing, as long as you're lifting more iron today then you did yesterday.

The end.

Sounds like me BTB. lol

My job has been my biggest hurdle. Had an 18 hr. day yesterday in Chicago, got home late today. All I want to do is go to bed and give it an honest effort tomorrow.

It's not always easy, and rarely perfect as we get older. I used to work days like that and would eat and go straight to bed. I stopped lifting for years because of work.

Well said, but I am still trolling DW! But will get highly offended if anyone else does since we have an iron bond.LMFAO JK, but in all seriousness, the reason I am as strong as I am today, has nothing to do with my training, my training programs if you could call them that were horrible when I started out, but I brought rage and intensity and pushed myself to all my human limits.

Now I am beaten up, mentally, physically and emotionally tired, not from lifting training or smashing, but from life. So now that I can't SFW! every waking moment like I used to for whatever reason, I read, I learn, I adapt. I find ways to get stronger without killing myself. I try new things when old things stop working. If I can't get statically stronger I try to get dynamically faster. When I can't touch my toes, I stretch on my off days so that I can. When I feel too fat or too out of shape, I do cardio, and cut out fast food for a week or too and gauge my progress.

This is a game of steps. Just have to keep climbing up, fall down 7 times get up 8.
