I have also seen other post around the web that talk about people, training and steroids. Then it happened to me...I was talking to a friend last night and a couple guys around our area are saying that the reason I can train so long, So hard and so many times is because I juice. My friend said "not true" They said bull****...There is not that many people that we know who can lift weights for a hour, MMA for 2 hours and then condition train for another hour and do this 5 to 6 times a week..WTF? Obviously these people have never followed a MMA practitioners work out schedule..Some of the cat's I know push almost 4-5 hours and Uriah Faber pushes 8 hours total 5 days a week.. They said there is no way my strength, Power and energy can be climbing the way it does with out juice coming out of my ears.. FOOL'S! It's called a 5 Hour Energy, 1 cup of coffee and a Nut sack filled with rage, Aggression and Testosterone! Have I done PH's? Yes and I was at my worst on Tren..I was tired all the time and bloated.. Seriously, I was gifted with a unbelievable energy storage unit, as the work out goes on and I start to go, I really start to burn and my body just kicks into energy mode.

I lifted for 90 minutes a day and played basketball for an hour a day nearly every day in my youth. And I managed to get strong and big.
Heck, quite a few athletes do crazy conditioning workouts. I'd workout like you do to if I was going to get my face smashed in. Your training approach isn't optimal for a "bodybuilder" but you're not doing this to become a bodybuilder, per se. Lazy people are always jealous. They want a shortcut and will always accuse you of taking one. Criticism is part of the penalty you will pay for working hard. Take it is a compliment.

The key is definitely in the heuvos !!!
Going hard is just how we roll. Excuses are for the little ones.
