Default Promo Ideas
I'm looking for promo ideas to help grow the forum.

I was tossing around the idea of rewarding anyone who logs a supplement/PH for a month with $20 in free supps from IPYU. Still mulling this over.

Any other ideas?

I have added a "Shop". Here is the link. It is also in the Nav Bar, under "experience."

I will detail how you earn and spent points in the coming days. I am looking for suggestions of items to "earn" in the shop.

Books, DVDs, supplements, etc, etc. Post ideas here.

Thats not a bad idea and it won't break the bank. I would suggest that they confirm the sup/ph with you first. I wouldn't think you would want 10 reviews on just h-drol or something.
