I was also wondering if heat really helps burn more fat. So will my workout be more effective in the afternoon around 1500 or 1600 vs. 6 hours earlier. I want to get the most out of my workout. Just looking for more opions on this.

Bro science will tell you morning for burning fat and evening for strength/growth.
But honestly I think it all depends on your drive and work ethic, I'm a night lifting man myself.

even if i have nothing to do all day my body seems to wanna work out around 3-4 in the afternoon. no matter how my day is goin this seems to be when i get my best workouts in. then..........pig out for dinner......when i'm not cutting of course.

I try between 3-4, you have the most grip strength at 3pm.
good for holding on to that 500lb deadlift

The best time to workout really depends on the individual. I would love to workout first thing in the morning, but my family is sleeping so I can't.
When I used to work as a machinist, working out after work was a real pain.
