I guess I'm screwed for fat burning... I take Vitargo pre and post, and that stuff is supposed to be one the fastest carb sources available. Not sure if I qualify as obese though.. My BMI(?) says I'm obese, but using 2 sets of calipers and 2 online calculators I come in closer to 16%....
