I work nights. I hit the gym right after work. Some days I'm very tired, but I always seem to wake up. Getting your eating habits to make a 180 will be hard at first. I prefer night work so it's not that big a deal for me.

I work nights mainly. I work from 03:00am till 01:00pm. I've been doing this for nearly 10 years. You must exercise to keep your energy levels up. You have to adopt a regular sleeping schedule, and stick to it all the time.

I worked varying shifts in the past. I found it was better for me to lift before work, because after I was drained a bit.

I work nights, but it's for the military so they have a gym here and I get 2 hours for working out each 12 hour night shift so my situation doesn't match.
