1. An "experienced" lifter aka troll with 7 years lifting, 145 lbs bodyweight at 5'10" height to show for it, with a 160 lb bench and 200 lb dead shows up and bashes SS.
2. Folks offer pictoral proof that SS works. 3. Dude's idea of routine working is transforming twig to Ronnie Colemanish structure and bashes all those who gained a mere 30-40 lbs on SS for being fat-a$$es. Churns out a routine that looks like a monkey typed random characters sitting at the terminal, a routine that lets you bulk, cut and maintain all at the same time. Troll feels that he is an uber genius of weightlifting with his typed garbage doing rounds in his own thread in bb.com. 4. Troll gets negged to oblivion, but still provides entertainment for the entire forum by spouting nonsense 5. Bored posters feed the troll in lieu of lulz (which is of a very poor quality *sigh*).
