Best lift has always been my bench press, 500lb for 2.5 reps at best. I suggest the N.A.S., real solid and supportive group of promoters and participants! GF is 5'4" on a good day! |

I stay/hover at between 15-18% BF at 320lb or so year round...
That's really lean for a guy your size! New England area! Are you getting hammered by snow like I am on Long Island? Best lift has always been my bench press, 500lb for 2.5 reps at best. Holy Fack! If I deadlift or squat that once, I'll retire! I suggest the N.A.S., real solid and supportive group of promoters and participants! I'll check them out. GF is 5'4" on a good day! Well, how easy for you!

I am of the larger frame or build as some would call it...I am 6'6" 275 with a 20% body fat. Lets just say I got a little to work with. I am a power lifter and a runner (I know those dont mix but I run marathons for fun, and in decent times too!) but I need to trim down. My knees are taking a beating!
This is my first time taking Animal Cuts and I am mixing it with Gaspari Superpump 250 & SizeOn along with general BCAA's, aminos and some raw creatine. I am looking to get down to a solid 245-250 but keep my strength. I lift 5-6 times a week (varying heavy, light, kettlebells, etc) and I run 5 days a week (equalling 15-20 miles). The biggest draw back and my biggest issue is diet. I need the cals and carbs to keep this big body going throughout the day. Any ideas on diets that wont negate the purpose of taking Animal cuts and help me shed weight at the same time? |

Sweet Potatos Brown Rice Yams Oatmeal Grits Be sure to eat deep greens such as: Broccoli Spinach Leaves Asparagus Avoid juices and soft drinks and opt for: Milk (whole is NOT your enemy, just in moderation) Water Green Tea No sugar added Iced Tea w/ lemon slice(s). Balance the meals to have enough of everything you need throughout the day with meals such as: Breakfast: 8 Egg Whites w/ 5 yolks 1.5 cups oatmeal 2tpsn. brown sugar Lunch (sandwiches) 4 slices Whole Grain Wheat Bread, 10oz sliced turkey breast, lean cut, Mustard Spinach Leaves Tomato Dinner 10oz Chicken Breast, 1 large Sweet Potato 3 cups Brussel Sprouts Throw in a whey shake such as MRI ProNOS or ON's Whey mixed with whole milk in between each meal, eating every 2.5 hours. Cook in Olive Oil when you can to get a little more fat intake each meal opportunity. Stay very hydrated and drink at least 1-1.5 gallons H20 daily based on your body weight. Perform cardio each morning on an almost empty stomach (I always suggest throwing down a cup of oatmeal with some brown sugar for a quick pick me up while the body feeds on fat stores as its primary source of fuel for the session), then weight train later in the day, on a 4-5 day a week split. Good luck man! ![]() ![]() ![]()
