1) i lost respect for you with the wanting to by a sting ray ;). only other guy ive seen use one was back squating 115. i mentioned him in an old log. he followed it up with power humps (which i found out today it was a real exercise, kevin nee does them).

I've seen em both, and love them but need to get the DVD's, Dorian is one of my favorites. And id love to, but i was just makin a joke because no one was biting

just looked at the pic.... it was the equivolent of that, only for backsquat. both are bright blue so i assumed it was the same thing at a quick glance.

i was just messin. front squats are the best add on to my big 3 ive ever done. anything it takes for you to do them, go for it.
